What Information do we collect about you?

 

We collect your name and email address when you subscribe to our mailing list or make contact with us.

We collect further information when you voluntarily complete customer surveys, provide feedback and participate in competitions.

When someone visits www.orielcolwyn.org we use the third party services of Google Analytics and WordPress to collect standard internet log information and details of visitor behaviour patterns. We do this to find out things such as the number of visitors to the various parts of the site. This information is only processed in a way which does not identify anyone. We do not make, and do not allow these services to make, any attempt to find out the identities of those visiting our website.

We collect information about you to email you about our exhibitions, events and programmes we think may be of interest to you. Unless otherwise disclosed, we will not share your details of information with anybody outside of the organisation without your consent.

We use a third-party provider, MailChimp, to deliver our newsletter. You can unsubscribe to general mailings at any time of the day or night by clicking the unsubscribe link at the bottom of any of our emails.

 

Retention

 

We will not retain personal information longer than necessary to fulfill the purposes for which it is processed, including the security of our processing complying with legal and regulatory obligations (e.g. audit, accounting and statutory retention terms), handling disputes and programming.
